I often have myofascial spasm / trigger point in the shoulder blade area and the rollers of the massager effectively relieve the pain. The only drawback is that it seems designed for people of shorter height; at 183 cm, I need to slide down quite a bit for the rollers to hit the right spot.

    It will be returned immediately! The massage balls are very protruding, resulting in pain. The head balls have a distance between them, so to feel it on your neck you have to move your head sometimes to the right and sometimes to the left. It doesn't reach the center. I used to have a much smaller one with smaller balls and it was better, but I can't find it anymore. You should prefer a smaller size, because this one takes up the whole office chair and you can't sit comfortably. It only fits on a living room sofa. As for quality, it is sturdy, well-made, and good.

    Θερμαινόμενες κεφαλές τόσο αυχένα όσο και πλάτης, πολύ μαλακές (τζέλ) και με αυτόματη κίνηση τόσο στον αυχένα όσο και στη μέση. Ιδιαίτερα καλό το μασάζ μέσης με πολλές επιλογές (Shiatsou, κύλιση, σπότ, αλλαγή απόστασης). Μοναδικό μειονέκτημα είναι οτι το μασάζ ώμων δεν κανει για αυχένα γιατί είναι μακρυά οι κεφαλές (και δεν πλησιάζουν) οπότε δεν σε ακουμπάνε οταν πάει ψηλά.
