The headphones have very good sound reproduction, especially for those who want their headphones to produce more subdued bass, they will enjoy them very much. Generally, the sound they produce is quite detailed. The sound quality during calls is average, as well as the battery life. However, the huge drawback for me, and someone should seriously consider it before purchasing them, is that they practically never turn off. Even in their case, they consume energy and only perceive that they are in the case if the case has power. When it is depleted, they consider themselves to be out and search for a device to connect to, even if you haven't taken them out of their case. A very big design flaw from such a big company like Sennheiser. For someone who uses them occasionally and not every day, they are practically useless because they will have to constantly remember when they last charged them or have to remember to charge them every three days, which I don't know how good it is in the long run for the battery, and even worse, to leave them and realize after days that they have completely drained, thus depleting both the case battery and the headphones' battery. I hope this issue is fixed in the second generation because it is a mistake that greatly disadvantages them. I gave them 3 stars only for the fantastic sound, otherwise it would have been 1 star.

Perfect sound and there is the possibility of adjustment through the application's equalizer. The microphone is average. They fit very well in the ear and don't fall off at all. The passive sound cancellation is quite good. Personally, they bother me after prolonged use.

I bought these headphones less than a year ago. The build quality seemed cheap from the beginning, especially for headphones that cost 260 euros, but I overlooked it because of the reviews regarding the sound quality.

As for the sound quality, the headphones are amazing and very comfortable to wear. They don't come off even during exercise, and their charging is fast.

Now, onto the negatives, the battery lasts less than 4 hours, and many times when the headphones are placed in their case, it seems like they don't close properly, so sometimes I would go to use them and they would be discharged. Sometimes only the left one was discharged, and after searching for it, I found out on forums that many people had the same problem.

Syncing was also an issue for me sometimes, but it might be due to insufficient charging.

However, the worst thing about these headphones was the build quality and the after-sales support. Within 8 months, the left headphone started playing incorrectly, and I had to "twist" it a bit while it was in my ear. Three days later, the left earbud completely detached.

I sent it for repair, and after 1.5 months of almost no communication about the progress of the repair, they told me it was my fault and not covered by the warranty. I asked them to send it back to me so that I could pursue legal action, and after a short while, they called me back and said they would replace it.

In conclusion, the sound is impeccable, but issues such as discharging in the case, the "cheap" quality, and the very poor service would make me not purchase a product from this particular company again.

We are talking about premium true wireless earphones, I should mention that I have also tried Apple's AirPods. No comparison to Sennheiser. The sound is at a headset level and maybe even better, it will satisfy demanding users who will purchase them. For music during travel and workouts, they are the best. The app is very secure, you don't have to worry about them falling out. If you leave them unused for a week, the battery completely drains. I never had any issues with the call quality. I had some connectivity issues at times as they didn't pair with my phone (Galaxy S8). I would turn off the device, pair it again, and it would work. Also, you should know that the touch controls on them are very convenient for pausing, listening to ambient sound, and answering calls without picking up the phone (there is a slight lag due to Bluetooth, but it's not bothersome). They are worth buying for a price below 200.

Update: The connection is instantaneous on an iPhone 12 Pro Max

    The music quality is impeccable.
I don't use them for calls, so I can't give an opinion.
They are quite expensive, but the difference in sound quality is evident when you try 2-3 headphone sets
