Description & Specifications

The symbol of the Olympic Games is the ideal depiction of universal brotherhood: five circles, representing the five continents of the earth, all interconnected by the Olympic ideal.

This book aims to highlight the human aspect, the Sixth - let’s imagine - Circle of the Olympic Games. Sailors who set their boats on fire when they lose, Olympians who celebrate until dawn and forget their medals in the taxi, winners who collapse in tears like little children after the race, are all just people who, like us, revel in their successes and mourn their misfortunes.

A series of incidents, sometimes paradoxical and cheerful, sometimes unexpected and moving, will shed new light on what we have known so far about the modern myth: that of the Olympian.
