At first glance, it seems to be a good case. Quite small to fit in tight spaces, but make sure there is enough free space around it for proper air circulation, otherwise the drives will definitely overheat.

I expected something better regarding the drive insertion. They don't fit perfectly, so you'll need to "wiggle" the drive a bit left and right to get it into the slot (connector) on the main board at the back of the hole. It seems easier to lift the case so it "faces" upwards, but don't do this because if the drive slips and falls inside, it will definitely break the connector on the main board or possibly the hard drive's connection system. So, place the case normally (on its feet) and insert the drives normally (horizontally).

Inside the package, you will also find some handles that you need to screw onto each drive. They don't help much with holding the drive, but it is necessary to attach them because they are what keep the drive in place. The cover that goes on at the end leaves quite a gap between the drive and the cover, which can cause the drive to disconnect if the case tilts to the side or from small vibrations. The handles cover this gap. So, attach the handles before inserting the drive. For this reason, I would simply say: cheap construction! I've seen cheaper cases with much simpler and easier drive installation.

Apart from that, it seems to be a good case. I connected it with its own cable (USB-C to USB-C) and the computer immediately "sees" all 4 drives. This particular model does not have RAID. The fan turns on automatically according to the temperature, but it can also be adjusted manually (it has three speeds). There is also a Sync button, which, when activated, puts the case into standby when the computer shuts down.

Drive installation may require a small process, but after all, you only put the drives in the case once. It's not something you do repeatedly.

As I said, so far it seems to work as it should. Based on its price, I expect its electronics to work properly as well.

The connection cable provided with the packaging is USB 3.1 with USB-C male connectors (both ends) and approximately 90 centimeters long. You will likely need to purchase a USB 3.1 cable (with USB-C male and USB-A male connectors or a USB 3.1 adapter with corresponding connectors so you can connect the device to a computer with USB-A). The 80x80x20mm/2pins fan is "smart," adjusting its speed according to the temperature, and it can also be removed (I do not recommend it). The device works properly on an HP Prodesk 400 G5 MT with i7-8700, 16GB RAM, and Win10Pro connected to the USB 3.1 USB-C port on the back of the computer, but it is not recognized at all if I connect it to any other USB USB-A port of the same computer.
