Great toaster, highly recommend it. I don't give it 5 stars because I think it takes a little long (for my taste) to reach temperature.

The best purchase I have made in this category. Incredible settings for temperature, plate distance, and timer. The toast doesn't get squashed and becomes crispy. I have had it for a year but I am writing now because I just grilled chicken and pork burgers, which turned out great. I opened the plates completely, 4 burgers on one plate, 4 on the other. 10 minutes on one side (set the timer, it beeps, don't forget) and 10 on the other. As for cleaning the plates and all the other disadvantages mentioned, I do not have them in mind yet. After 10 years, I will have a more complete opinion on these.

The toaster has a very sturdy and good construction. It is for 4 sandwiches and not for 2 as stated in its specifications.
update: When cleaning the plates, their color fades. I left them in lukewarm water for 5 minutes three times, and when I washed them with a sponge, my hands turned black from their black color, even though I didn't rub them. Two stars less and concerned if this color transfers to the food being cooked on the grilling plates.

HiTech since it can adjust the temperature for each plate separately, as well as the function or not of each plate.
However, I believe that for its price, it is not what I expected.
I expected a slightly faster cooking, especially at full temperature.
In another older, branded toaster, a cheaper model, it cooked in less than 2 minutes literally. And based on that experience, I expected at least the same if not better.
Unfortunately, it is not.

The best toaster we have ever bought! It fits 4 sandwiches, you can digitally adjust the temperature on both plates independently from each other. It quickly and evenly toasts the sandwiches and makes them crispy. It's worth its money. It can also be used to warm up food (meat, pie, pizza, omelette, etc.). I don't toast meat in toasters, so I can't give an opinion on that. One of the best purchases! Plus, it has a nice design.

Very good and powerful for quickly grilling meat. The major drawback is that when grilling a large quantity, the fats and liquids pass under the plates through the holes from which the residues that hold the plates come out. At some point, so many liquids passed through that it short-circuited. It needs to be unscrewed to be cleaned. In the end, I had to seal the holes with fire-resistant silicone.

An excellent choice is this product, with high-quality construction, nice aesthetics, and above all, Greek. It has support and extra spare parts, and I have also ordered 2 smooth plates. It heats up quickly and cooks fast and evenly. It is very useful as you can cook quickly and correctly. It is easy to clean at the end. It is worth its money and has nothing to envy from similar, more expensive constructions. I highly recommend it.

When both plates are working, the bottom one does not heat up at all. It takes a long time to reach the right temperature, resulting in overcooking from the top and no cooking from the bottom. It is too big for a toaster but can only use one plate as a grill. On the positive side, it has a fairly good construction and is easy to clean

Beautiful design and great capacity. However, as construction materials, they are not particularly high-quality. It takes a long time to reach the appropriate temperature, resulting in a sandwich needing 15 minutes, and I don't know if it's ultimately worth its price.
