    First of all, we are talking about one capsule per day, not 2-3 capsules like most products claim! Secondly, I don't think you will find another product on the market that has more zinc than this one in just one capsule! (Just to inform you, if you have a zinc deficiency, you will have some white lines on your nails, I will upload a photo of mine to show you!) ***It is not a calcium deficiency as doctors told me, but a zinc deficiency! It also helps with back pain! If you compare it with others, you will see that the amount of vitamin B6 in this one is 6-7mg less than in the others, but here you will take one capsule daily for 60 days, while in the others that have 90 or 120 capsules, you will take them for 30 or 40 days respectively (one dose = 3 capsules), so in 60 days you will reach the same amount as the others!!
