MALFY is crafted by Master Distillers, Beppe Ronco and Denis Muni, at the Torino Distillati distillery located in Moncalieri, in the Piedmont region of northwestern Italy. The blend of water from the Piedmont region of Italy with some of the finest botanicals, such as juniper, Italian lemons, pink grapefruit, and orange, results in a truly unique gin. Malfy is made using the vacuum distillation method, also known as cold distillation. It is a relatively modern gin production technique, which achieves evaporation at a lower temperature and therefore does not alter the composition of the botanicals. This way, the botanicals remain fresh and flavorful. The selected ingredients - juniper berries, coriander seeds, lemon peel, orange peel, Angelica root, bark, licorice root, Orris root, grapefruit peel, and Italian, Sicilian red oranges and Italian juniper berries - are each categorized and distilled separately to give even more intensity to their flavors and aromas.
