Two different apps are recommended for its operation. The one with which I managed to connect immediately is "smart life". With the other one (smart rm), I admit that I found it difficult. After 1 month of use and 3 power outages, I am extremely satisfied. I was initially disappointed by the incorrect reading of the internal temperature, but I found out that you can calibrate the sensor through the app. You place a room thermometer next to it and adjust the actual temperature exactly. You can also connect an external sensor, but it seems excessive to me. Its operation through the app is very easy and straightforward. It also provides full programming per day of the week and time, but I haven't automated it that much. It is enough for me to turn on the radiator before I return home, I don't worry if I forgot to turn it on and I control the heating from bed. As for the design, it is very nice even with the box (additional 5 euros). It is good to have an electrician connect it so you don't cry about it. I haven't encountered any connection problems and after a power outage, it starts its operation normally without needing adjustments. I use it for an oil burner.
The instructions were not very informative, you have to try a little. That was the only negative and annoying thing.

Attention to those who do not know about wiring, ask first. It can give a dry contact command for a gas boiler but also for a 220V electric valve. The screen elements are white, not blue as in the photo. The internet connection is made by following the instructions. I installed 3 in a luxury residence and they look very beautiful. The front glass is excellent. Be careful to also order the box for external or flush mounting. If it is to be placed on a wall that is hollow behind (drywall, wood), no box is needed.
After a long time and after installing several thermostats, I would suggest not to buy it. The measurement accuracy is terrible. There is a very large deviation in opening and closing. A good thermostat measures 0.1 degree °C. This one measures every 0.5°C and can be adjusted every 1°C. The WiFi connection is a tragedy. You might try 1000 times and it will connect on the 1001st. 100% unreliable.
