  • I upgraded from Yamaha yst sw525. I couldn't imagine the difference. Deep and sweet bass. Now I enjoy it... It was worth the money!

We're talking about a real KILLER. My living room is 36 sq.m and it literally flattens it. In the evening hours, I relax it at -25db and with music, I push it up to -18db. If you dare to approach -10db or even worse -5db, the house shakes. The drywall on the ceiling vibrates, the aluminum frames and glass creak, and the kitchen dishes resonate inside the cabinets. I have no words. It's a shame for the neighbors now.

It is an expensive, relatively, sub and it could not fail to fulfill its purpose to the maximum for which it was manufactured. Rich deep bass, many settings and easily controlled through the application, quality construction with a metal grille. I will not compare it to the subs I had before, due to the price difference (Yamaha YST320 & YST515, a cheap JBL, a pair of SB 1000), but I will say that I couldn't imagine what difference it could have, what more this particular one could do. I have been using it for a week, playing with its settings, its placement in the room, and its connection to the rest of the system... its possibilities are endless. It accompanies a pair of Kef Q900 in a space of about 40 square meters.
