It should have a fabric and very sturdy strap. The baby keeps falling when he leans right or left. The dog tilts. We put him on it since he was 8 months old. It loses the second star due to the sound. The description says it has fun sounds! Which makes you assume that it has many sounds since the description is in the plural. It has only one sound, a dog's bark, and nothing else. It was given to us as a gift, and I regret that such a beautiful toy loses value due to the sounds and the strap, which is essentially the safety of the child. I would not buy it as a gift for someone else. It is not worth that much money with a fake strap and only one sound.

Very good construction. The sides of the seat are made of soft material so they don't press on the child. The truth is that I expected it to be a little bigger.
