The Raspberry Pi model A+ 3 is the successor to the mini computer Raspberry Pi 3 A. Despite its very small size, it features a Broadcom BCM2837B0 processor, Cortex-A53 clocked at 1.4 GHz and 512 MB of memory, making it a full PC suitable for various applications.
It also features a USB 2.0 interface, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, and Bluetooth 4.2. The built-in graphics have HDMI and AV output and are capable of playing Full HD (1080p) resolution movies. Audio is transmitted via HDMI or AV output.
The Raspberry Pi model A+ 3 does not have a conventional hard drive but a microSD card reader. It is powered via a micro-USB port, which is also used in modern mobile devices, such as smartphones or tablets.
