For the money, it is good, but you need to find a way to support it. I did it with rubber bands to keep it on the base, but the base wobbles a lot after two or three days. Fortunately, it hasn't broken yet. So, it is good

Very good product for retail stores, pharmacies, etc. that need a rotating base for a wired POS.
It has a hole for cables to pass through the tube.
We screw the base onto the desk, securely with 2 screws.
The downside is that the height cannot be adjusted, but it is fixed.

I did not expect such good quality for this price, it is all metal, with a 360-degree rotating base so you can turn it in case the customer needs to enter a PIN. It also has separate tilt adjustment, it includes screws for the base but also a double-sided adhesive base in case we cannot screw it. I matched it with the new Viva POS that looks like a smartphone.
