This book includes the material from the author's lectures on the subject Construction Site Organization and Project Safety at the Technological Educational Institute of Piraeus. It also examines other topics essential for understanding the systems for producing technical projects.

It is aimed at both students of higher education institutions and young technicians, with the goal of providing them with the initial steps of theoretical training related to issues of planning, organization, worker safety, and costing in the construction of technical projects.

For this purpose, each chapter begins with a reference to the theoretical part accompanied by relevant examples. This is followed by particularly emphasized solved applications that serve for practice.

In any case, for further in-depth understanding and enrichment of their knowledge, it is advisable for the reader to refer to the relevant literature. Finally, it is essential to verify the theory through practical work on the construction site.

Based on this, new processes will emerge, and so this book will also be integrated into the continuous effort to acquire knowledge. We will examine the following topics: 1.
