I was using it in a tank together with an automatic pressure switch for home supply and after a year the casing around the impeller broke. At the repair shop they told me that there are no spare parts and that it is not worth repairing because it will cost as much as a new one. While it was working, I was very satisfied

It has only been a short time since I started using it but I have only positive comments to make. I am very satisfied with this product.

After 3.5 years since I installed it (NP1130), I am commenting.
It was installed in a small shaft in a basement 4.5 meters below street level.
In 10 years, two Wilo pumps and another brand I can't remember had given up the ghost.
Because I got tired of spending money every so often, I decided to switch to the Chinese one. The Chinese one has been doing excellently so far and, even though it pumps to a great height, it does so at a satisfactory rate.

I keep reading comments... all the negative stars are from pool or well pumping. GUYS, THE PUMP IS FOR DIRTY WATER. It doesn't tell you to go water or empty a 50-cubic pool. Come on, this one needs to work a little and then stop, like all pumps made for this job. Then why do they make submersible, well, or surface pumps? Don't just buy whatever comes to mind and then ask for guarantees when it breaks... Go to a store and let them open your eyes...

P.S.: These specific (sewage) ones should not operate continuously. They need to take breaks for rest and to lower their temperature.

Very decent for its price, it stands out from other submersibles because it draws water even when the tank or reservoir is low, and most importantly, it pulls all the dirt from the bottom 100%. By dragging it on the bottom, I have been cleaning my tanks for years.

Thanks to the built-in float, as soon as the water level rises, it automatically starts to draw and drain the water. The downside is that the adjustable float is factory-set high on the pump handle, thus requiring a greater water height. I supported the float lower down on the pump (just above the middle) because my pit is relatively small with a height of about 70-75 centimeters, so now there is enough space for the float to rise and activate the pump....
Update 1 month after purchase and installation in the pit: My Nakayama, which cost €48, works wonderfully draining the dirty rainwater when the level rises in the pit...

12/12/2024: I installed it today. Very well-made construction for its price and heavy. The pipe outlet is not 1 1/2" as stated, but a little smaller, so you need an additional fitting to adapt the pipe if you have 1 1/2", like me. The float has good accuracy on/off, much better than an external float pump. But it must sit vertically on the ground or hang vertically in the well. If it sits sideways on the ground at an angle, it does not stop operating.
Important disadvantage: It makes a lot of noise during operation!!! Quite a bit louder compared to a Lidl pump, which is also connected. A Grundfos UNILIFT CC7-A1 that I used before is almost silent.

20/12/2025: It often gets stuck and does not activate. You have to shake the rope it is hanging from to start it. However, when I put it in a bucket, it works normally. It has stopped being reliable now.

1 year and a few months of operation in continuous extended use, resting in a three-meter well, it broke down and they won't cover it under warranty because I cut the plug, which I did to avoid putting the plug inside the well with the moisture. Unacceptable.....

Very powerful tool. I put it in a well. It worked 5-6 times in 2 months, 5-10 minutes each time and now it’s dead. As soon as I turn it on, it blows the fuses

I have had it for a few weeks now, very powerful machine of course time will tell but for now I am satisfied.

The pump operates well on manual mode only. Switching to automatic it’s useless because the build-in floater gets clogged even in crystal clear water.

Unfortunately, I was so sure it would work that I installed it by cutting the cable to pass through a hole, so my warranty doesn't cover it, the supplier told me.
It worked constantly even without water. I threw it away as it was with the box.

It seems like a well-made construction for its price. The brochure is useless, nothing about how to adjust the float. It is described as having a 1 1/2" pipe outlet, but while the outlet has a 1 1/2" thread, the connecting tail is for 1 1/4" or 1" pipes. This means an additional 10 Euros to purchase the correct pipe connection fitting.

As a first impression, I am bothered by the fact that the impeller blades are made of plastic and easily bend. I don't know how it will handle if the water has gravel/stones. I will see in time.

I borrowed it from a friend of mine to remove water from a flooded basement due to the Daniel storm that hit all of Greece. I called him and told him that I would need 2 hours to remove the water. I was amazed. He did it all in half an hour. It is made of stainless steel and has been working perfectly for a year and a half. I have already ordered it.

Now it works great, but when I received it, the lid was so tight that it blocked the fan. It's not worth much

It was purchased with the purpose of being installed in an underground garage drain. Quiet motor and very good construction quality. It appears that it will last for years.

I have it for almost 2 years. In a tank of 3 cubic meters at a depth of 4 meters and 20 meters away. Very powerful and quiet. Get it with closed eyes. Update 4 years later, a black dog. I will buy another one.

I used it twice to empty a small pool and it got stuck. Then I called the representative and he told me that I have to send it to him at my own expense, which is 10 euros. When I asked him if they would send it back to me for free when it's fixed, they said it depends, which means it's not beneficial for me. For me, simply stay away

I have installed it in a pool pump station, so it lifts the water from the well to a height of 4 meters. I have been using it for a few weeks now, and it has a very good performance so far. One of its positive aspects is the long length of the power cord!

It does the job it is intended for. It is such a quiet pump that at first I thought it wasn't working. Don't worry, it's a good pump. It's worth its money

I tried it from the tank I have, 100 cubic meters distance and 7 meters depth, to fill a pool in 24 hours it filled it

I have it in a basement sump, I had an old pump that broke due to my negligence.
For now, it seems much better than the previous one, it has good construction and easy installation.
It has been working for twenty days, so I can't have an opinion on its durability, but due to its construction, I think it will be great.

The pump is definitely worth it, with a powerful motor and a 2-inch pipe that most others in this category do not have. It empties the septic tank in record time. I highly recommend it, it doesn't get stuck anywhere.

It works satisfactorily, I can say. Of course, the usage period is 20 days with 30 to 40 minutes every two days, and I can't say anything more! Later, I will be able to confidently say whether it was worth the money or not!
