I used it in a 2007 model Mercedes Sprinter van, which was showing intense smoke probably due to a large amount of carbon buildup in the engine and residues from unburnt diesel. I used it once, preferably in a half-full or one-third full tank, and after about a week the van was running much smoother and quieter, with a sweeter throttle response. It does what it promises, cleans all parts of the engine from fuel residues and also the turbo... I highly recommend it
