This book serves as a practical guide for those who lead youth theater groups with the aim of creating a creative theater. By creative theater, we mean more the research work and creative action during the teaching and preparation of the group rather than the pursuit of the final result in staging the performance.
Both the games and the more complex exercises and techniques are described independently. The facilitator or theater teacher can choose as many as they need each time to design their own lesson-workshop according to the theme, level, and dynamics of their group.
By working creatively and inventively, they give the group members the opportunity to use themselves simultaneously as a starting point and as a subject of study. We leave vital space for each member to train, evolve, contribute, and receive opinions within the framework of a collective process that is based on the principle of "We don't throw anything away".
