Frying pan made of 18/10 stainless steel, with a matte exterior surface and stainless steel professional handles. Suitable for all types of cooktops, including induction, as well as for the dishwasher.

Instructions for Use

Before first use, remove all packaging materials and labels. Wash with dish detergent and warm water. Rinse and dry the pan carefully. Never allow the pan to overheat when empty. In such a case, turn off the heat and do not move the pan until it has completely cooled down.

To avoid overheating the handle, ensure that the base of your pan matches the size of the cooking surface (the diameter of the cooking surface should not be larger than the diameter of the pan's base). Always move the pan by lifting it using the handle. Never slide it as it may damage the surface.
