1) It is not universal as the title suggests, but only for LG.
(Some stores write it below, but I didn't notice it as I was looking for a small one with few buttons anyway and got stuck on the universal one)
2) It doesn't take regular AAA batteries, but a CR-2032. Personally, it doesn't bother me, but it might be important for some.

Positive: It worked immediately on 4 different LG TVs.
Negative: As for the construction, although it seems to be of good quality, it is ultimately mediocre, as the buttons may get stuck "inside" if pressed too hard, and you have to push them to get them unstuck. At least it happened to one button many times, and it's annoying.
It's a shame because they could have easily fixed it and made it not get stuck at all.
Conclusion: Nevertheless, personally, it still suits me as a second small remote.
