    It blew up (probably a capacitor or some fuse) and the power supply failed while testing a gtx460 that requires 2 6-pin connectors, which were connected with a molex to 6-pin adapter. Within 1 minute of testing with furmark, the power supply was fried. It's only suitable for basic use with integrated graphics or a GPU that doesn't require extra power supply.
