    For its price, it is a "decent" product with simple but mediocre construction quality, which is definitely for someone who "wants to get the job done".

    1) It does not have a fan to evenly distribute heat to all "floors".
    2) There is no temperature adjustment capability.
    3) If the food is too moist, then rice paper should be placed underneath to prevent the juices from running down onto the heating plate.

    Despite all this, I can say that I am satisfied. So far, I have successfully dried:
    1) Bananas
    2) Raw vegan macaroons
    3) Tomatoes
    4) Chickpea bread
