How to Use

Cold Pack: 

  • Relieves pain and reduces swelling caused by injury. 
  • Suitable for sports injuries (e.g., bruises, dislocations), acute inflammations, inflammatory rheumatic conditions. 
  • Store the pack in the freezer or refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Hot Pack: 

  • For non-inflammatory pain.
  • Heat the pack for 5 minutes in water (max+80⁰C) or in the microwave in a heat-resistant dish filled with water for 1-2 minutes.
