    One flavor (chocolate-hazelnut) says 24g, the other (cookies and cream) 25g of protein.

    I got these flavors because I had tried them before (Immortal Nutrition 100% Whey Protein) and I liked them. (For some months now I haven't been able to find these flavors in the 100% whey)
    The "cookies and cream" flavor is not the same as the whey they used to sell and it leaves a "bitterness" (like a burning sensation) in the throat. Also, it is very sweet. It wasn't bad, however.
    I haven't tried the (chocolate-hazelnut) flavor yet.

    P.S.: In general, dairy doesn't bother my stomach, so sorry, I can't comment on whether it is hard to digest or a heavy supplement.

    I'm giving 5 stars and we'll see..
