I don't know what you're supposed to do to get the tip out of this. It doesn't sharpen because it's plastic and it doesn't have a base at the bottom to twist, like mechanical ones do.
I saw on Youtube that you're supposed to put a stick to push the tip upwards, what a hassle. Just the packaging alone is a tragic product.
It doesn't even last long enough to be worth it, there are more user-friendly pencils out there. Truly disappointing for a company like Maybelline.
