    Excellent product. Soon it will turn beige from dust and rain. With a broom and water it becomes quite white again. It is sensitive to foot traffic. I have had it for about 10 years without any problems. I will give it a refresh, after a good wash, next summer.

    I had done market research and had settled on another product to insulate my roof. In the end, the salesperson at the store where I shop convinced me to choose this one as it was new, innovative, doesn't chalk, and is elastic, etc. After a year of having applied it on the roof, and even though I used the same company's primer, it blistered in several places and the material where it peels is almost dry and breaks. I took pieces of the material to the salesperson and he referred me to the supplier. For almost three months now, he has been trying to find time to come and see it up close so that their product and its failure can be evaluated. UNACCEPTABLE, both the suppliers and their product. I recommend materials that have been tested by users and technicians. I got burned, there goes €1500.

    Excellent product.. I threw away the tiles I had on the terrace and used elastoflex st. Huge difference. The house breathes. The humidity dropped significantly. The dehumidifier that was constantly running. Now it brings balance to the house in just a few minutes. I am very satisfied. I recommend it to anyone looking for a real solution! I was saved.
