Aesthetically very nice with good lighting. Quality-wise, it is a very sturdy construction. Now, in terms of noise, yes, they make quite a bit of noise when running at full speed. Also, the splitter/adapter *call it whatever you want* that converts the 3 4-pin PWM connections into one, is a mess, resulting in me connecting the fans directly to the motherboard.

With difficulty, 3 stars. They make noise. The cable coating of each fan is of poor quality, resembling a cheap plastic bag. Despite being PWM, they do not provide satisfactory airflow. I do not recommend them for case fans because for the same price, there may be better options available.

The fans are amazing, there is just one flaw with the control, you have to open the box to adjust the fans unless you find the program.. essentially it's pointless!

It is quiet and very beautiful, easy to install, the best value for their price.

Very good package, it does its job as it should. The cables are quite long and there may be a small issue with organizing them inside the case. If the motherboard has aRGB, there is no need to use the controller that comes with the package. The installation instructions are very clear.
The controller is very small, but I don't understand why it should stay inside the case since it is for controlling the lighting and fan speed.
A big flaw of Thermaltake is the aRGB cable it provides, it only works for Gigabyte motherboards, it doesn't work!! It is for 3 pins while the motherboard has 4 pins like all the others (Asus, etc.)
Functionally, even at full speed (1500rpm), the fans are almost silent. You only hear a slight whisper. Up to 1000rpm, it's like they don't exist.
The lighting is very good, with many colors and combinations.

The truth is that I didn't expect them to be so quiet... especially up to 1000 RPM. After 1000 RPM, you don't hear the motor as much as the air noise.
I installed them in a case with 2 be quiet 2000 RPM fans, and I can say that I am more satisfied with the Pure 12 in terms of noise.
Attention to all interested parties... they have 90 centimeters of cables (in case your case doesn't have space for cable management, you will struggle a bit to hide them).
The only negative is the Thermaltake software for now. In case the software crashes and you can't set the LEDs, try uninstalling version 1.3.8 and installing the stable version 1.3.7 TT RGB Plus. This seemed to be the solution at least for me

Extremely quiet without compromising on cooling. Suitable for installation in the computer case or in a triple liquid cooling refrigerator (all necessary screws for whichever installation you choose are included). They do not have a USB connection to the motherboard. However, you can manually control them from the controller. You can also adjust their speed through the motherboard, if your motherboard provides this capability. Completely satisfied with this product.
