The 2900 series combines ergonomics, durability, and simplicity, ensuring long-lasting and comfortable use. The knife is produced in Spain. The blades are made from rolled steel - from innovative, martensitic stainless steel NITRUM® with increased hardness and corrosion resistance. The handles are made from polypropylene, which is injected directly into the base, increasing the durability of the connection. The surface of the handles is textured and very rough, preventing slipping from the hand (anti-allergic). The handles feature a BACTIPROOF SILVER® coating that minimizes bacterial concentration. It has increased resistance to high temperatures. The knife is not suitable for dishwasher cleaning.
