Giffard has known the right way to produce high-quality syrups for over 125 years. The company was founded in 1885 by Emile Giffard, a pharmacist who invented a mint liqueur he named Menthe Pastille. Since then, and four generations later, Giffard still aims to find the best and most aromatic ingredients for creating its products.
