    The tablet doesn't dissolve, man. It's not like a gel pill, it's rough and doesn't dissolve. I don't think it does anything for fat loss because after buying it, I realized that the dosage of l-carnitine is not enough for fat loss because not all 1000mg are bioavailable. I would recommend injectable
