This book is not an apology or an uncritical support for the journalist Makis Triantafyllopoulos. It addresses a phenomenon from the world of mass media in a holistic and polyphonic manner, and I can say that it covers all its references.
Here, however, our concern is Makis Triantafyllopoulos. Makis, who, if he had taken advantage of the proposals made to him to avoid publishing topics that were inconvenient for certain individuals to be released, would now be among the major economic players in this country.
Makis remains honest to this day, and that is what bothers them, because, unfortunately, there are some -and, of course, I do not generalize- who "take bribes" or others who are afraid. Yet both groups need to change professions. The Greek people, within this global chaos that, of course, does not leave them out, demand true and honest information.
