    I bought 2 pieces for a company to work with accounting software. It is unacceptable for there not to be a manual for configuration inside the package. Additionally, there is no manual on the internet anywhere, and the importing company does not have a manual either, so it cannot help you with the knowledge. What I want to do is to give an 'enter' command after scanning, I don't want to reach the moon... if possible. Stay away... only well-known brands like a datalogic that I have, and I gave it the command with a 1-minute internet search. That's all from me.
