I bought it on 25-11-2021. For office applications, not for gaming. Since May 2922, when the temperature started to rise in my house (for some reason that I don't know, there are times when it gets hot), the first problems started: pressing the "k" key resulted in it being typed twice.
By June 2022, the keys that were double-typing had multiplied: k, u, s, d, n, o, th, accent key, hyphen key, and sometimes the space key.
On 23-6-2022, I took it to the store where I bought it and they said they didn't find any problem.
I gave it to a relative of mine who knows professional typing for a month. The problem continued for him as well.
I took it back to the store (10-8-2022), where they again didn't find any problem! I let them send it to the service center. The story continued: They also didn't notice any problem there.
The winter of 22-23 passed without any issues.
Since May 2023, the double-typing issue reappeared strongly. For various reasons, I didn't deal with it.
On 1-9-2023, I took it back to the store. Again, they didn't find anything.
During this period (October 2023 - when the temperature has dropped???), it types almost normally.
Conclusion: Defective product for which they didn't provide a solution, neither at the store nor at the service center.
Note: I had informed them that if the problem is related to the increased room temperature, they wouldn't be able to detect it in their air-conditioned offices.
Another problem is that the keys fade! In my case, typing in Greek, the accent key has faded. (Truth be told, I didn't think to ask them to replace it, so I don't know what their response would have been.)
Final conclusion: Stay away! It is unacceptable for a keyboard of this price to have about a dozen keys malfunctioning within half a year, and for them not to be able to identify the problem, neither at the store nor at the service center! Simply unacceptable!
You may not encounter a defective product, but if you do, be prepared for a frustrating experience (both with the product and the after-sales service)...
Το αγόρασα 25-11-2021. Για εφαρμογές γραφείου, όχι για gaming. Από τον Μάιο του 2922, που είχε αρχίσει να ανεβαίνει η θερμοκρασία στο σπίτι μου (για κάποιον λόγο που δεν ξέρω τα διπλοπατήματα γραμμάτων γίνονται εποχές που υπάρχει ζέστη) άρχισαν τα πρώτα προβλήματα: Με ένα πάτημα του πλήκτρου το "κ" γραφόταν δύο φορές.
Μέχρι τον Ιούνιο 2022 τα πλήκτρα που διπλογράφανε είχαν πολλαπλασιαστεί: κ, υ, σ, δ, ν, ω, θ, πλήκτρο τόνου, πλήκτρο παύλας, και μερικές φορές το πλήκτρο space.
Στις 23-6-2022 το πήγα στο κατάστημα απ' όπου το είχα αγοράσει και είπαν πως δεν εντόπισαν κάποιο πρόβλημα.
Το έδωσα για έναν μήνα, σε συγγενή μου που γνωρίζει επαγγελματική πληκτρολόγηση. Το πρόβλημα συνεχίστηκε και σε εκείνον.
Το ξαναπήγα στο κατάστημα (10-8-2022) , όπου ξανά δεν εντόπισαν πρόβλημα! Τους το άφησα να το στείλουν στην αντιπροσωπεία. Η ιστορία συνεχίστηκε: Ούτε εκεί αντιλήφθηκαν πρόβλημα.
Ο χειμώνας 22-23 πέρασε αρκετά απροβλημάτιστα.
Από τον Μάιο του 2023 τα διπλοπατήματα εμφανίστηκαν ξανά και δυναμικά. Για διάφορους λόγους δεν ασχολήθηκα.
1-9-2023 το ξαναπήγα στο κατάστημα. Πάλι δεν εντόπισαν τίποτε.
Αυτό το διάστημα (Οκτώβριος 2023 - που έχει πέσει η θερμοκρασία;;;) γράφει σχεδόν κανονικά.
Συμπέρασμα: ελαττωματικό προϊόν, για το οποίο δεν μου έδωσαν λύση, ούτε στο κατάστημα ούτε στην αντιπροσωπεία.
Σημείωση: Τους είχα ενημερώσει πως αν το πρόβλημα έχει σχέση με την αυξημένη θερμοκρασία του χώρου, τότε δεν θα είναι δυνατόν να το εντοπίσουν μέσα στα κλιματιζόμενα γραφεία τους.
'Άλλο πρόβλημα είναι πως ξεβάφουν τα πλήκτρα! Σε εμένα, που πληκτρολογώ ελληνικά, έχει ξεβάψει το κυρίως πλήκτρο του τόνου. (Η αλήθεια είναι πως δεν σκέφτηκα να τους ζητήσω να το αντικαταστήσουν, οπότε δεν ξέρω ποια θα ήταν η απάντησή τους.)
Τελικό συμπέρασμα: Μείνετε μακριά! είναι απαράδεκτο για πληκτρολόγιο τέτοιας τιμής σε μισό χρόνο να χαλάνε καμμιά δεκαριά πλήκτρα και να μην μπορούν να εντοπίσουν το πρόβλημα, ούτε στο κατάστημα, ούτε στην αντιπροσωπεία! Απλά απαράδεκτο!
Μπορεί σε εσάς να μην τύχει ελαττωματικό προϊόν. Όμως, αν σας τύχει, να προετοιμάζεστε να την πατήσετε (και με το προϊόν και με το after sale service)...
