Interesting tool the rule but could be analyzed in 10 pages. The author simply seeks how to fill a book, saying the same things over and over again and repeating sentences without substance.

Very tiring! It repeats many times and the numerous examples it contains are tiresome, resulting in forgetting what they refer to.

The only positive thing is that it is easy to read. It has many posts from social media of people who supposedly improved their lives, which tires you. Also, the reference to science is minimal, constantly repeating itself trying to fill the pages without saying anything substantial. Finally, it does not explain exactly how to implement this rule. The whole book could have been a 2-3 page article without having to waste so much time for no reason
