The external hard drive diskAshur2 USB 3.2 HDD/SSD is an extremely secure, portable device with PIN authentication and hardware encryption. Using the device is simple: connect the built-in cable to any computer and enter a 7-15 digit PIN. If the correct PIN is entered, all stored data on the drive will be decrypted and accessible. To lock the drive, simply disconnect it from the computer, and all stored data will be encrypted (full disk encryption) using AES-XTS 256-bit military-grade encryption.

One of the unique security features of diskAshur2 is its exclusive secure microprocessor (Common Criteria EAL5+ certification), which utilizes embedded physical protection mechanisms designed to defend against external interference and tampering attacks. The device responds to automated attack attempts by entering a freeze mode.
