The bracelet is like tin. The watch seemed fake and was problematic from the beginning. The axis came off at some point 6 months after the purchase. They did not accept the warranty with the known excuse that it is due to misuse. I explained to them that I never hit it and the axis came off on its own. They did not accept it. I asked for a certificate of authenticity. They told me that it is included in the packaging. I told them that they are probably joking, a paper inside the packaging does not prove anything. They did not give me any other documentation. I did not fix it, I asked them to return it to me as they sent it to me. They have not returned it yet.
Το μπρασελέ είναι σαν τενεκεδένιο. Το ρολόι φαινόταν ψεύτικο κι ήταν προβληματικό εξ αρχής. Έφυγε ο άξονας κάποια στιγμή 6 μήνες μετά την αγορά. Δεν δέχτηκαν την εγγύηση με τη γνωστή δικαιολογία ότι φταίει η κακή χρήση. Τους εξήγησα ότι εγώ δεν το χτύπησα ποτέ κι ο άξονας έφυγε μόνος του. Δεν την δέχτηκαν. Ζήτησα πιστοποιητικό γνησιότητας. Μου είπαν ότι περιέχεται στη συσκευασία. Τους είπα ότι θα αστειεύονται μάλλον, ένα χαρτί μέσα στη συσκευασία δεν αποδεικνύει τίποτα. Δεν μου έδωσαν κανένα άλλο παραστατικο. Δεν το έφτιαξα, τους ζήτησα να μου το επιστρέψουν όπως μου το έστειλαν. Δεν το επέστρεψαν ακόμα.
