    For something simple, it's fine. You get a taste of what an activity tracker means. I don't know how accurate its measurements are. However, it does count the steps correctly. I don't think it's accurate for measuring blood pressure. The strap is somewhat fake. It's not made of silicone but plastic. Its battery life is short.
