More specifically, the main part of the book presents the necessary knowledge and information related to the above forms of energy, with an emphasis on the ability to draw conclusions based on organized measurements and the processing of these results.
Each application includes a summary computational framework, elements of economic and technical evaluation, and where deemed appropriate, information concerning the legislative framework as well as interactions with the environment and the social group.
Given the laboratory orientation of the book, special attention is paid to issues of collection, evaluation, and processing of measurements, with the aim of maximizing the reliability of the conclusions drawn.
Correspondingly, due to the breadth of the topics examined, it is evident that a detailed presentation of the characteristics of each of the examined mild forms of energy is not possible.
For this purpose, certain useful bibliographic references are suggested to the reader - in each chapter of the book - to assist in deepening the studied topics.
