It does not cause constipation, it does not smell fishy, the baby drinks it pleasantly. It dissolves easily and does not foam as I read in previous comments. The only negative I find is the packaging... The box with the inner bag is not convenient at all.

After the reflux stopped, I tried regular Novalac 2 and Humana 2, but the baby became constipated and didn't drink enough milk, he would leave it (150 to 170ml). Then I tried Almiron (because he had drunk it when he was 2 months old, before I realized about the reflux) and everything was fine. But it has a fishy smell... It's probably from the fish oil it contains. As I said at the beginning, it's in the baby.
Το γάλα είναι κάτι εντελώς υποκειμενικό. Σε άλλους κάνει σε άλλους όχι. Εμείς μετά ρο δέκατο μήνα το πήραμε ως τότε χρησιμοποιούσα τι αντιαναγωγικό γάλα novalac digest ar. Μετά που σταμάτησε η παλινδρόμηση δοκίμασα το κανονικό novalac 2 και το humana 2 αλλά το μωρό έγινε δυσκοίλιο και δεν έπινε αρκετό γάλα,το άφηνε. (150 με 170ml) Μετά δοκίμασα το almiron (γιατί είχε πιει όταν ήταν 2 μηνών, πριν καταλάβω για την παλινδρομηση) και όλα καλά. Αλλά έχει μυρωδιά ψαρίλας... Είναι μάλλον από το ιχθυέλαιο που έχει. Όπως είπα στην αρχή είναι στο μωρό.
