I got the l-xl initially it smells a lot and to put it on was a feat I believe it will do its job but I won't sit every day struggling to put it on and take it off it goes straight to the trash

The shirt does the job as long as you exercise.....in the summer, you sweat more easily...in the winter, you need to sweat in the shirt...

The quality could have been better because the elastic band at the bottom was cut, however, the shirt still fits normally. It doesn't smell like the plasticine of the 80s (and other similar clothes), which is a very positive thing.
