    The worst purchase I have ever made!

    I bought the KRAFT 691052 electric hedge trimmer to cut some light bushes in my garden. I used it once and only once, and it broke almost immediately. Nothing like what is promised in the product description. The “high durability” blades didn’t last even 10 minutes of light work.

    When I contacted customer service, they told me I had damaged it through misuse (!), without even bothering to check it seriously. Customer service was rude, indifferent, and completely unreliable. I will NEVER buy anything from KRAFT again.

    Stay away! Waste of time and money!
