The Adco 07165 knee-high stockings apply graduated compression of 15–20 mmHg to the lower limbs and are used to manage disorders of the venous or lymphatic system. They have open toes and a silicone band on the inside of the upper edge to keep them in place.

They are indicated for venous conditions such as phlebitis and venous edema, as well as functional venous insufficiency. They are also indicated for thromboembolic conditions and edema, including lymphedema, edema during pregnancy, and post-traumatic and postoperative edema. They are contraindicated in advanced peripheral arterial occlusive disease, septic phlebitis, phlegmasia cerulea dolens, and congestive heart failure.
