There are soft, medium, and hard brushes for beards. This one is soft. Personally, I prefer the hard ones because they reach the skin. I use it daily, 1-3 times. This particular one traps dead hairs and removes them from the beard. It is quite small and user-friendly - don't expect the big ones that barbers have, which resemble hard shoe brushes. Its serious drawback is that it wears out its bristles, resulting in a visible shorter lifespan. If I had the choice, I would spend an extra 3-4 euros and get a harder one. Act accordingly to your budget and desired usage.
