The instructions say to use a damp cloth! So, no rinsing? The four stars for this reason: because they don't explain why it can't be washed, why they don't write that it can be washed...
I come back: of course it can be washed!
I find the second bowl very convenient. It works well with hard ingredients like Chios mastic that I use in vegan ice cream. Dates in small quantities or other dried fruits that get lost in the larger bowl.
Get it without fear. Just measure seconds to see where the time suits you for coffee.
I can't give you a standard time either.. And that's because you let it sit a little so it doesn't burn and continue cutting.

Πάρτε το άφοβα. Απλώς μετρήσετε δευτερόλεπτα για να δείτε πού σας βολεύει ο χρόνος για τον καφέ.
Ούτε εγώ μπορώ στάνταρ να σας πω χρόνο..Κι αυτι διότι το αφήνεις λίγο να μην καεί κ συνεχίζεις το κόψιμο.

Τώρα να πω την αλήθεια το πήρα για τον άλλο κάδο περισσότερο κ όχι τόσο για τον καφέ. Έχω βάλει βρωμη, φαγοπυρο, λιναροσπορο, χοντρό αλάτι και είμαι πάρα πολύ ευχαριστημένη. Έβαλα κ αμύγδαλα για να δω κ αντί για πούδρα αμυγδάλου το έφτασε σε δευτερόλεπτα στο αμυγδαλοβουτυρο. Τώρα πόσο σωστό κ πόσο η δουλειά του είναι να κάνει κ υγρά δεν το έχω δει να πω την αλήθεια. Πάντως γι αυτό που το έχω πάρει είναι δυνατό, δεν κάνει υπερβολικό θόρυβο και είμαι πάρα πολύ ευχαριστημένη!
