The Akyga® AK-AD-38 converter is a high-quality mini DisplayPort (DP) to HDMI. It is used for wiring installation in audio and video devices. It can be used to connect a laptop to an external monitor or to a home theater system with a television.

Additionally, thanks to its compatibility with Thunderbolt ports, video transmission from Apple devices is possible.

The gold contacts and high precision of the adapter allow for superior signal transmission quality. The HDMI interface also enables the transmission of high-resolution Ultra HD (4K) signals. This transmission can only occur in one direction, from mini DisplayPort to HDMI.
