The second time it had manufacturing problem and not packed separately. Very disappointed since it had to be a present!

If while using it on your shoulders it stops before 15 minutes, it's because the outer cover is pulled and at the point where it touches the buttons, the on-off button is accidentally pressed. For the money, I don't consider it a problem at all. I just press it again and the matter is settled.
