It is a sturdy product, yes. It seems well built and durable, yes. It has good instructions, yes. It is professionally packaged to be protected inside its box, yes. It has all the screws and accessories, yes. It works properly, yes.
I used it with a 27-inch, 4.6 kg monitor. At first, I thought that the screw on the arm that shows the + and -, was the + to tighten and the - to loosen. In this way, the more I "tightened" it, the monitor would fall as I stretched the arm. Eventually, I saw that the - is to keep the monitor more stable and I saw that it works fine, even when the arm is fully stretched. A small detail, but important, because until I played with this screw from the other side, I was ready to return it as defective.
I must say that to pull it towards you and back, you need to stand up and use both hands, as it is quite tight. It is not easy with one hand. It also depends on the hand of course! I am not very strong!
Therefore, I am satisfied with the product. At least for the first day. I will come back in time to say how it has held up over time.
Update 20/12/22: The base is excellent, it works fine even today, it has not deteriorated over time and goes wherever I tell it without problems.
Update 5/2024: It has not suffered anything and works like the first day!

Τον χρησιμοποίησα με μια οθόνη 27άρα, βάρους 4.6 κιλά. Στην αρχή νόμιζα πως η βίδα του βραχίονα που δείχνει το + και -, ήταν το + για να σφήξει και το - για να είναι πιο χαλαρό. Με αυτόν τον τρόπο, όσο το "έσφιγγα" τόσο η οθόνη έπεφτε καθώς τέντωνα τον βραχίονα. Τελικά είδα πως το - είναι για να κρατάει την οθόνη πιο σταθερή και είδα πως δουλεύει μια χαρά, ακόμη και όταν ο βραχίονας είναι πλήρως τεντωμένος. Μικρή λεπτομέρεια, αλλά σημαντική, γιατί μέχρι να παίξω με αυτή την βίδα από την άλλη πλευρά, ήμουν έτοιμη να το επιστρέψω για ελαττωματικό.
Να πω πως για να το τραβήξεις προς τα εσένα και πίσω πρέπει να σηκωθείς όρθιος και να χρησιμοποιήσεις και τα δύο χέρια, καθώς είναι αρκετά σφιχτό. Με το ένα χέρι, δεν γίνεται εύκολα. Εξαρτάται και από το χέρι βέβαια! Εγώ δεν είμαι πολύ δυνατή!
Συνεπώς, είμαι ευχαριστημένη με το προιόν. Για την πρώτη μέρα τουλάχιστον. Θα επανέλθω εν καιρώ να πω πώς άντεξε στον χρόνο.
