This book is a novel inspired by the author's personal experiences, the experiences of his co-therapy participants, and the people he encountered during his involvement with drugs.

Its purpose is to highlight the unknown side behind the social label of a drug addict. It is a distillation of ten years of efforts for recovery through detention centers, psychiatric institutions, rehabilitation programs, and a continuous internal struggle.

Now clean, the author wants to convey to the world the message that regardless of where someone is in life, they are deserving of acceptance and love, have equal rights to life, and are indeed a human being.
