Durostick D-59 waterproofing agent is a transparent silicone-based impregnating water repellent for tiled roofs and clad building façades. It is breathable and solvent-free, and does not form a surface film, add shine, or yellow, nor does it affect the surface colour.
It can be applied to porous alkaline and non-alkaline substrates, such as ceramic bricks, terracotta pots, concrete slabs, cement boards, and decorative concrete blocks. It seals hairline cracks up to 0.2 mm and protects against moisture absorption for at least 10 years, as well as against cracking caused by prolonged snowfall and frost. It also prevents the growth of mould, lichens, and algae, and the deposit of rain-borne mud.
