During calls, many times they do not connect automatically when I put them in my ears, even though I have an iPhone. The right one, in fact, never connects if you put it alone in your ear.

Perfect headphones, easy to connect and use, they pair seamlessly and quickly with iPhone, Mac, Apple Watch. The best thing I have bought in recent years in terms of technology.

Owner of two pairs, I can say that I am not satisfied at all. The lifespan of the headphones as a pair is one year. Either one earbud will have a problem or the other. My first pair lasted a year and a half, and that was because I was patient with the problems it was showing, and the second pair lasted one year. I closed it a week ago. The problem is exactly the same: for some reason I can't explain, one earbud develops a 3-second delay in activation. When someone calls me and I pick up, I have to wait 3 seconds for the microphone to activate. This automatically means that any voice command cannot be done because the microphone is essentially dead. This is a problem that has happened to me with both pairs I have bought and I can't understand how it happens. The sound is very good and easy to use, but in two years I have spent over €200 and I am still at zero. Daily use due to work and alternating use of both earbuds.

It was fine but after a year one earphone stopped working, for their price I think they should last longer... I have others that cost much less and lasted longer

The sound is very good, but once the right one broke, then the left one. The battery runs out quickly, max 2 hours at most they last for me now. It's not worth it at all.

Not even a year lasted. Over time, they lose their power and you hear the sound very quietly. Also, I can't trust that they won't fall out. They don't fit well.

I received defective AirPods or rather fake ones, as after a while I realized that one earbud sounds quieter than the other. I compared it with other authentic AirPods and the sound quality was by far worse.

I tried 2 sets in November 2024 (if I remember correctly). Their battery lasts less than all the previous sets. One earphone from one set has interruptions in the speech.

Very good sound quality.
The interlocutors hear you perfectly, as if you are talking from your mobile normally.
As a negative, I would note the lack of Noise Cancellation.

Overall, I was quite satisfied. The fit in my ears was good, although sometimes the left one needed occasional adjustments. During exercise, due to sweat, they would sometimes slip.
The sound seemed satisfactorily good to me; however, since they do not have noise cancellation, it was difficult to listen to music, speeches, etc., in noisy places.
Perfect connection with iPhone and switching from iPhone to iPad.
After 1.5 years of heavy use, others started to have trouble hearing me well on calls.
At 2 years, the right earbud started to sound quiet. The left one followed, which was barely audible at all.

The headphones are top-notch, they fit perfectly in the ear, even on a motorcycle inside a helmet up to 80-100 km they can hear you, very good bass and sound quality, waterproof, generally incredible. The only downside is that I have bought them twice and they only last a maximum of two years. After the two or close to two years, both times I have had problems with others hearing me. Obviously, I clean them, etc..

All you need for every day and professional use. The pro versions are offering more features obviously but you don't really need them.

Powerful & quality sound.
The classic ease of connection as with all Apple products and of course it could be cheaper.
It has nothing to envy from similar and cheaper JBL products.

Let's be objective: nice sound, sits well in the ear, but it doesn't justify this price.

Everything is generally fine so far (about two months of use) and by everything fine, I mean battery, sound, etc., but the issue is that you can't listen to music! I know it doesn't have noise cancellation, but I was hoping it would block out some external noise. It blocks out nothing! €120 for headphones that you can't listen to music with and you can't even hear your conversation partner if there's a lot of noise is not worth it even as a joke! I can't understand how you are all satisfied..

Immediate connection, very good sound, they hear me very well. As for how it fits in the ear, I don't understand it at all. Worth its money

I have had these headphones for about 5 years. Obviously the best apple device on sound. It's not by chance first in sales for 8 years.

Owner of the headphones for 1 month and I have to say that for 2024 only used ones are worth it, their capabilities are very disappointing for their price, better go for newer models from Apple or another company...

UPDATE June 21, 2024, second time that the left headphone plays lower than the right. 2 months after I got them it happened for the first time, I exchanged them as they were under warranty, now after another two months it's the same again, I will probably exchange them again, 120€, mediocre features and all this hassle, enough!

Outdated model, not worth its money. I struggle to hear during airplane trips.

I have bought them twice, once for myself and once for my husband. We both have iPhones and they are just fine. They cannot be compared to the next model, there is a huge difference in sound isolation

The headphones on their own have strong and clear sound but they lack bass and active or passive noise isolation. Their battery life is decent but the case needs frequent charging. As for the fit, they sit in the ears as if they are floating and give you the feeling that they are about to fall out. If you have an iPhone (I use them with the iPhone 13), they connect quickly, show battery level accurately, and have responsive live audio in applications like Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, etc. The gestures on the headphones, such as double tap, are fast and accurate. However, for the price of €109, there are definitely better options available (especially if you have an Android device).
