A taste of the game!
The wicked Marquise of Cats has seized the great forest, intending to exploit its resources. Under her rule, the many creatures of the forest unite and form an Alliance, aiming to strengthen their resources and undermine the rule of the Cats. In this effort, the Alliance may seek help from the wandering Vagabonds, who can move through the most dangerous paths of the forest.
Despite the fact that some may sympathize with the hopes of the Alliance, the wanderers have lived long enough to remember the great predators that once dominated the forest. Meanwhile, on the outskirts of the area, the proud and quarrelsome Eyrie have found a new commander, in whom they hope to lead their faction to reclaim their ancient heritage. The stage is set for a confrontation that will decide the fate of the great forest. Which group will ultimately dominate depends on the players.

I've had it for 1-2 months now. I've gathered a group of people that we play with every time and we are completely hooked on it. It's wonderful for game lovers with deep strategic depth as well as beautiful design and artwork. Honestly, my favorite board game so far!

-the rules, although complex for new players, are streamlined

-after over 50 games, I can say that with 3 players it is not as enjoyable
-it takes a long time if the players are not experienced
-you reach many points and exceptions where the rules are not sufficient and you have to refer to their official discord.

Excellent game. Completely asymmetrical, to the extent that some may find it quite complex. If you dedicate some time to learn it and understand how each faction works, you will fully appreciate it. In combination with the expansions available that add more factions and maps, it becomes incredibly interesting with huge replayability. Top-notch build quality.

Of relatively short duration, it allows you to play non-stop to improve your strategy. The available races have a distinct way of development, which contributes to the replayability of the game.
Players need some time to familiarize themselves with the different approaches to the game, depending on the race they choose.
The races can be combined in many different ways, so even two players can choose different races each time.

Very good game from Leder Games and designer Cole Wehrle, known for his asymmetric and asymmetrical games (such as the also excellent Vast: The Crystal Caverns). Just like in Vast, the most interesting element of the game is the following: Each player, depending on the faction they choose, plays and "scores" in a different way from the others, even though they follow the same rules.
For example, the Marquise de Cat represents the strong power at the beginning of the game and aims to establish her dominance in the depths of the forest. Thus, she starts with a large number of troops and buildings, while scoring by building more buildings that gradually confirm her "empire". The Woodland Alliance represents the resistance (from the cute little rabbits and mice of the forest), which scores by spreading "sympathy" for its resistance. It starts without any pieces on the board, but in a dramatic turn, its revolution will culminate and it will break free from the bonds (buildings, troops) of the other players and suddenly find itself in the spotlight with its soldiers. The Vagabond is a solitary raccoon (!) who, as a true adventurer, has no troops or buildings and helps whichever faction suits him in order to achieve his own selfish goals.
For this reason, the game becomes particularly entertaining and has a high degree of replayability. As for the negatives, it requires a little time and a few games to understand how the other players play besides your own faction, but it is not something that will make it difficult for anyone more than 2-3 times.
Very beautiful board and artwork (and very funny!), well-designed rules, and overall a very interesting game. Recommended for groups that can dedicate at least 3-4 players to play it. Playtime of about one to two hours.

Αρχίζει χωρίς κανένα πιόνι στο ταμπλώ, όμως σε έναν δραματικό γύρο η επανάστασή της θα κορυφωθεί και θα αποτινάξει από ένα ξέφωτο τα δεσμά (κτίρια, στρατεύματα) των υπόλοιπων παιχτών και θα βρεθεί ξαφνικά στο προσκήνιο με τους στρατιώτες της. Ο Vagabond είναι ένα μοναχικό ρακούν (!) το οποίο ως γνήσιος τυχοδιώκτης δεν έχει καν στρατεύματα ή κτίρια και βοηθάει όποια παράταξη τον βολεύει στην προκειμένη περίπτωση για να πετύχει τους πραγματικούς σκοπούς του, που είναι ξεκάθαρα εγωιστικοί.
Γι αυτόν τον λόγο το παιχνίδι γίνεται ιδιαίτερα διασκεδαστικό και με πολύ μεγάλο βαθμό επαναληψιμότητας. Στα αρνητικά του ότι πρέπει να αφιερώσεις λίγο χρόνο και μερικές παρτίδες ώστε να καταλάβεις πώς παίζουν και οι υπόλοιποι παίχτες εκτός από την παράταξή σου, όμως δεν είναι κάτι θα δυσκολέψει κανέναν παραπάνω από 2-3 φορές.
Πολύ όμορφο ταμπλώ και artwork (και πολύ αστείο!), καλοδουλεμένοι κανόνες και γενικά ένα πολύ ενδιαφέρον παιχνίδι. Συστήνεται σε παρέες που μπορούν να αφιερώσουν τουλάχιστον 3-4 παίχτες για να το παίξουν. Playtime μιας παρτίδας περίπου μια με δύο ώρες.

Πολύ ποιοτικό παιχνίδι στρατηγικής και πολέμου!!Η σχεδίαση του είναι άψογη σε ταμπλό,κάρτες και εξαρτηματα.Επισης το παιχνίδι είναι τελείως ασύμμετρο και κάθε φυλη έχει την δική της φιλοσοφία στο να μάθεις να παίζεις και να την κατανοησεις.Καθε παρτίδα φυσικα κρατάει αρκετό χρόνο ειδικά στις πρώτες παρτιδες 1 και 30 περίπου.Φυσικα με τα expansions εξελισσεται τελείως.Ισως το καλύτερο επιτραπεζιο που έχω παιξει!!
Excellent game. Completely asymmetrical, to the extent that some may find it quite complex. If you dedicate some time to learn it and understand how each faction works, you will fully appreciate it. In combination with the expansions available that add more factions and maps, it becomes incredibly interesting with huge replayability. Top-notch build quality.

Εξαιρετικό παιχνίδι. Πλήρως ασύμμετρο, σε βαθμό που κάποιοι μπορεί να το θεωρήσουν αρκετά περίπλοκο. Αν αφιερώσεις λίγο χρόνο να το μάθεις και να καταλάβεις πώς λειτουργεί η κάθε φυλή, θα το εκτιμήσεις πλήρως. Σε συνδυασμό με τις επεκτάσεις που υπάρχουν και προσθέτουν περισσότερες φυλές και χάρτες, γίνεται απίστευτα ενδιαφέρον με τεράστιο replayability. Ποιότητα κατασκευής κορυφαία..

Σχετικά σύντομης διάρκειας, σου επιτρέπει να παίζεις ασταμάτητα για να βελτιώσεις τη στρατηγική σου. Οι διαθέσιμες φυλές έχουν ξεχωριστό τρόπο ανάπτυξης, κάτι που συμβάλει στην επαναπαιξιμότητα του παιχνιδιού.

Very good game from Leder Games and designer Cole Wehrle, known for his asymmetric and asymmetrical games (such as the also excellent Vast: The Crystal Caverns). Just like in Vast, the most interesting element of the game is the following: Each player, depending on the faction they choose, plays and "scores" in a different way from the others, even though they follow the same rules.
For example, the Marquise de Cat represents the strong power at the beginning of the game and aims to establish her dominance in the depths of the forest. Thus, she starts with a large number of troops and buildings, while scoring by building more buildings that gradually confirm her "empire". The Woodland Alliance represents the resistance (from the cute little rabbits and mice of the forest), which scores by spreading "sympathy" for its resistance. It starts without any pieces on the board, but in a dramatic turn, its revolution will culminate and it will break free from the bonds (buildings, troops) of the other players and suddenly find itself in the spotlight with its soldiers. The Vagabond is a solitary raccoon (!) who, as a true adventurer, has no troops or buildings and helps whichever faction suits him in order to achieve his own selfish goals.
For this reason, the game becomes particularly entertaining and has a high degree of replayability. As for the negatives, it requires a little time and a few games to understand how the other players play besides your own faction, but it is not something that will make it difficult for anyone more than 2-3 times.
Very beautiful board and artwork (and very funny!), well-designed rules, and overall a very interesting game. Recommended for groups that can dedicate at least 3-4 players to play it. Playtime of about one to two hours.

Όπως και στο Vast, το πιο ενδιαφέρον στοιχείο του παιχνιδιού είναι το εξής: Κάθε παίχτης, ανάλογα με την παράταξη που θα διαλέξει, παίζει και "σκοράρει" με διαφορετικό τρόπο από τους υπόλοιπους, παρόλο που παίζει ακολουθώντας τους ίδιους κανόνες.
Παραδείγματος χάριν, η Marquise de Cat αντιπροσωπεύει την κραταιά δύναμη στην αρχή του παιχνιδιού, κι έχει ως στόχο να επιβεβαιώσει την κυριαρχία της στα ξέφωτα του δάσους. Έτσι, αρχίζει με μεγάλο αριθμό στρατευμάτων και κτιρίων, ενώ σκοράρει χτίζοντας παραπάνω κτίρια, τα οποία σιγά σιγά επιβεβαιώνουν την "αυτοκρατορία" της. Η Woodland Alliance αντιπροσωπεύει την αντίσταση (από τα γλυκούλικα λαγουδάκια και ποντικάκια του δάσους), η οποία σκοράρει εξαπλώνοντας "συμπάθεια" για την αντίσταση της. Αρχίζει χωρίς κανένα πιόνι στο ταμπλώ, όμως σε έναν δραματικό γύρο η επανάστασή της θα κορυφωθεί και θα αποτινάξει από ένα ξέφωτο τα δεσμά (κτίρια, στρατεύματα) των υπόλοιπων παιχτών και θα βρεθεί ξαφνικά στο προσκήνιο με τους στρατιώτες της. Ο Vagabond είναι ένα μοναχικό ρακούν (!) το οποίο ως γνήσιος τυχοδιώκτης δεν έχει καν στρατεύματα ή κτίρια και βοηθάει όποια παράταξη τον βολεύει στην προκειμένη περίπτωση για να πετύχει τους πραγματικούς σκοπούς του, που είναι ξεκάθαρα εγωιστικοί.
Γι αυτόν τον λόγο το παιχνίδι γίνεται ιδιαίτερα διασκεδαστικό και με πολύ μεγάλο βαθμό επαναληψιμότητας. Στα αρνητικά του ότι πρέπει να αφιερώσεις λίγο χρόνο και μερικές παρτίδες ώστε να καταλάβεις πώς παίζουν και οι υπόλοιποι παίχτες εκτός από την παράταξή σου, όμως δεν είναι κάτι θα δυσκολέψει κανέναν παραπάνω από 2-3 φορές.
Πολύ όμορφο ταμπλώ και artwork (και πολύ αστείο!), καλοδουλεμένοι κανόνες και γενικά ένα πολύ ενδιαφέρον παιχνίδι. Συστήνεται σε παρέες που μπορούν να αφιερώσουν τουλάχιστον 3-4 παίχτες για να το παίξουν. Playtime μιας παρτίδας περίπου μια με δύο ώρες.
Very nice game, with two conditions:
1. You must know the rules for all races.
2. You must always play with players who similarly know the rules for all races and are more or less at the same level.
Πολύ ωραίο παιχνίδι, με δύο προυποθέσεις:
1. Πρέπει να ξέρετε τους κανόνες για όλες τις φυλές.
2. Πρέπει να παίζετε πάντα με παίκτες που ξέρουν ομοίως τους κανόνες για όλες τις φυλές και έχουν πάνω κάτω το ίδιο επίπεδο.
I've had it for 1-2 months now. I've gathered a group of people that we play with every time and we are completely hooked on it. It's wonderful for game lovers with deep strategic depth as well as beautiful design and artwork. Honestly, my favorite board game so far!
Το έχω 1-2 μήνες πλέον. Έχω συγκεντρώσει μια ομάδα με άτομα που παίζουμε κάθε φορά και ήμαστε τελείως καμμένοι με αυτό. Είναι υπέροχο για λάτρεις παιχνιδιών με βαθύ στρατηγικό περιθώριο καθώς και πανέμορφο σχεδιασμό και artwork. Ειλικρινά το αγαπημένο μου επιτραπέζιο μέχρι στιγμής!

POSITIVES
-incredible style, thematic colors, simply beautiful pieces
-great depth of strategy
-the rules, although complex for new players, are streamlined
NEGATIVES
-after over 50 games, I can say that with 3 players it is not as enjoyable
-it takes a long time if the players are not experienced
-you reach many points and exceptions where the rules are not sufficient and you have to refer to their official discord.

Guys, it is a wonderful board game. The rules are a bit strange at first until you learn them, but within the first hour you learn them and it is simply perfect. The pieces are beautiful and the quality of the materials is unquestionably among the best.

Another amazing game for fans of the genre. Each race has its own way of playing and its own goals. It takes a little time to learn, but then promises hours of fun and strategic thinking (or just trolling)
