From the first day I received this product, I was disappointed. First of all, the fabric, which you can't really call fabric, feels like a fuzzy plastic that rubs off and doesn't resemble a soft fabric at all, and it started forming balls within a week. Since then, we always had a blanket placed on the bottom so that the child wouldn't touch it.

From the first day we set up the product, during assembly, one of the plastic parts of the base frame became crooked. Then I contacted the store, explained my movements exactly (which obviously I had followed according to the instructions), and after they fixed it and made a remark that I had set it up wrong and that's why it became crooked (where their remark was inaccurate since the instructions said what I did), they referred me to the company's service (which was my first disappointment because I hoped they would take it back since it was immediately evident how poor the quality is), which sent me a replacement part. Of course, as you can imagine, a different plastic part became crooked very soon (and in a dangerous spot that could harm the child's eye). Even though I wrapped it with tape, obviously it didn't hold and it is in the condition you see it now. If we hadn't bought it so expensive, I would have thrown it away long ago.

The 2 stars are only because the baby likes to play peek-a-boo from the windows and doors

Very beautiful tent and relatively easy to set up. I don't know, of course, how much the plastic supports will withstand "heavy use".

EDIT: Just as I imagined. Almost 6 months later, the plastic supports that hold the tent have bent and in some places they have already broken...
